Forms 11i Issue --- APP-FND-01564: ORACLE error 6502 in afscpcon

The issue is reported in 11i(11.5.8) EBS Instance when accessing forms.



Solution 1:
Go to Tools Menu(on Internet Explorer)
Open Internet Options --> Security Tab --> under Internet --> Click Custom level.
Perform below actions:
1. Enable "Allow ActiveX Filtering"
2. Disable " Use Pop-up blocker" and 'Use SmartScreen Filter'
3. Disable "Enable XSS Filter"

Solution 2:
Go to Tools Menu(on Internet Explorer)
-->Select Internet Options
-->Click on Security
-->Click on Trusted Sites
-->Click on Sites button
-->Copy your Apps URL and Add this website to the zone then click on Add and Click on Close button
-->Click Ok
-->Clear Internet Explorer History
-->Restart your IE9 and try accessing the Oracle Applications again.
